Shipping Policy

If your shipping addresses within the United States,  Orders will be processed within 1-3 business days and shipped via USPS priority mail.  Customers should expect delivery of their orders within 4-7 business days from the purchase date.  Orders placed during peak holiday seasons, and on special orders may take longer. 

For international orders, we only accept orders larger than $100. The shipping charge depends on the weight of your order. The shipping charge shown on the website is an estimate only. Return/Exchange Policy

Exchanges –– If the order has been shipped or delivered, please place a new order to secure the item(s) you want and fill out the  Return Request form to return your unwanted item(s). We will refund when receiving returned items.

Return If you are unsatisfied with any full-priced or sale items (excluding clearance), you must fill out the Return Request form and follow the instructions to return the items. (1) The returned items must be postmarked within five business days of the delivery date. (2) Original shipping charges will not be refunded. (3) Returned merchandise must be unwashed and unworn with all tags attached. (4) CLEARANCE items CAN NOT be returned, as all sales are final. We charge a $1.99 restocking fee for each returned item. However, this restock fee will be waived if you exchange for different styles or different sizes. Please allow 1-2 weeks for your refund to be processed. Please include your packing list and necessary information regarding your return/exchange request. Fantaisie Kids reserves the right to refuse customer returns/exchanges if the above conditions are not met. If the customer uses free shipping but then returns the items, we will deduct the order’s shipping fee.

In case of return due to Fantaisie Kids’ fault, we will refund 100%, including the shipping fee.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order within 24h hours, we will deduct the payment fee of $0.3+2.9%.  If you cancel your order after 24 hours, you may be charged an additional fee (5-10%)  for the processing cost. Orders that have been shipped cannot be canceled. Please allow 1-2 weeks for credits to be processed.

Standard Delivery*

  • The package is expected to deliver within 4-7 business days.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and APO/FPO addresses take additional time.

2nd Business Day Delivery*

  • Packages arrive on the 2nd  business day, provided the order is placed before 11 am (ET).
  • Not available for items shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO addresses.
  • We only guarantee delivery on the 2nd day if the delivery address is in the city. If the delivery address is in a remote area, the delivery time may take up to 3rd business days.

Free shipping ( Order >$150)*

  • Free shipping does not apply when customers use coupon codes from our Sales Promotion Programs.
  • We may choose the most saving shipping service. Therefore, the delivery time for the free shipping method may be up to 15 business days.

International orders: order > $100 and 1-3 weeks for delivery

Please allow 1-3 weeks for your order to arrive. We only ship to the verified credit card billing address.  The shipping charge varies depending on the country and packages weight.
